We make every effort to ensure that your information is safe on our website using our own SSL. We do not nor do we ever plan to sell or distribute your information to any affiliate we may have.

During time of checkout you will be directed off our website to have PayPal process your credit card. In order to purchase items at decalmonkey.biz we require the use of PayPal to process credit cards. Don’t have a PayPal account? Don’t worry. It is not required to have a PayPal account to purchase decals at decalmonkey.biz

Returns / Refunds

All sales are Final. Due to the nature of cutting vinyl we are unable to offer any refunds or returns. Once a image has been cut into vinyl we are unable to reuse the material to produce another decal. For that reason alone we offer no refunds on decals. Same is said for embroidered garments and heat press garments. All designs that are displayed on decalmonkey.biz are copies of the exact file that we use to cut the image. If it is a custom job that we are doing we send the customer a proof image of the final project before cutting. The image is never cut until the final image has been Ok’d by the customer. Decalmonkey.biz is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. Decal Monkey is not responsible for our typographic errors if proof is approved. In rare instances there may be a time that decalmonkey.biz will recut a decal and resend it to the customer.
