Silkscreen shirts are like works of art- pressed through a silky screen with wet ink, it’s a delicate process. Think of it like baking a cake, it needs to be cured to dry and harden just right or it will crack and pick off. And like any masterpiece, it’s up to you to preserve it. Proper washing and less frequent washes will keep it fresh and fabulous.
Picking the perfect shirt is like finding your soulmate – it’s unique to each individual! As the site creator, my go-to is a Bella Canvas shirt, one size up for ultimate comfort. But let’s be real, Next Level wins for the softness factor, and I can’t count out the soft style Gildan. As a tshirt printer, the real key is not the material, but how easy it is to get that bad boy on the platen. Whether it’s side seams or iron-on center and back lines, let’s make it work.

Decals are vinyl designs that come in any color you wish that are cut into any sticky material we offer. They usually have no background color and consist of three layers: the Transfer Tape top layer, Vinyl Media middle layer, and Wax Paper Backing bottom layer. Using the Transfer Tape layer, you can apply them to walls, vehicles, or other surfaces. After squeegeeing them down, you remove the top layer to reveal a perfect decal.
Since 2020 you may have heard the term “transfer sticker” Although accurate, it’s not a cool word. We just call them decals.
Our vinyl is strong and versatile, able to handle anything from high speeds to outer space. You can trust its quality.
Our customer’s flame throwers are the envy of their enemies thanks to our snazzy Orajet printed stickers.
Our Oracal 651 decal material says it can withstand up to 176 degrees. We can prove that it will last longer if coated with a heat resistant clear coat after installation.
So you want your decal to be flawless? Well, my friend, grab yourself a trusty squeegee! For those small decals, simply peel off the top layer and apply it to any flat surface using your fingertips to smooth it out. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
But for those larger decals, we’ve got a pro tip for ya – the hinge method! First, secure the decal in place with masking tape down the middle. Then peel back either end and cut away the backing paper. With a smooth and consistent 45 degree squeegee stroke, apply the decal in place and remove the tape. Next, fold back the leftover decal side, peel off the backing paper, and repeat the squeegee process. When you remove the top layer, voila! Your decal will be bubble-free and flawless. And if you do happen to notice any tiny imperfections, just give it a few days – they’ll magically disappear on their own.
Sticky situation alert! For decals that stick around, cozy up at a sweet 70 degrees. Check the maker’s deets ’cause they might be different. Our vinyl can take on temps between 50-90 degrees, but steer clear of extremes. Feel free to slap ’em on for quick gigs, but for long-lasting love, follow these tips.
Upgrade your ride with a cool decal! Choose the perfect size for your car, from 4″ to 22″ – or go for a bold 42″! Just leave a note at checkout with your measurements to get the perfect fit.
Decal length is important. Rectangles should have longer and shorter sides for balance. Squares have equal sides, while circles require measuring the diameter.
Transform any surface with our enchanting decals! They come in a kaleidoscope of colors and our designs radiate pure awesomeness even sans outlines or backgrounds. And guess what? The window tint becomes the backdrop, creating a black and white design that will make your neighbors drool with envy!
Alright folks, listen up! We don’t want any decal mishaps due to extreme cold or unprepared surfaces. If the surface is textured, use those fingers to really push it down. And for those chilly conditions, give it a little warmth with a heat gun or hair dryer before sticking. Just remember, our vinyl is a diva and needs a warm surface of 50 degrees or higher. Don’t worry though, if you need a little boost, Decal Monkey has an application fluid that is also a adhesive promoter for sale. Now, for those walls, usually fingers will do the trick, but in case of emergency, a smidge of glue stick could do the job. Get creative with your decals and stick like a pro!
Don’t panic! If you happen to lose a piece that wasn’t attached to your main image, no worries! We’ll send out a replacement piece faster than you can say ‘jigsaw puzzle.’ And if we goofed and a piece is missing from your order, we’ll either send the missing piece or replace the entire decal. We’ve got you covered!
Our vinyl lasts longer than a celebrity marriage, and our dyed chrome has a better shelf life than avocados in a Californian heat wave. But seriously, the vinyl we use to make decals are rated for 6-7 years. Our holographic metallics are known to last for 2+ years outdoors in AZ heat.
All sales are final. We cannot issue refunds or accept returns due to the inability to reuse or resell the decal material.
Decals are like tattoos for your stuff – they’re single colors of vinyl that will show the color of the surface you apply them to. Think of them as the minimalist option for adding personality to your belongings.
Meanwhile, stickers are like photos for your stuff. You can print any design you want using CMYK on either white or specialty vinyl. Just keep in mind that if the image you send us is a raster format like png, jpg, or gif, there might be size limitations due to pixilation. So if you’re going for a big print, it’s best to stick with vector formats.

Oops, looks like you didn’t use the right tools or methods when slapping on your decal! And hey, maybe your surface was just too hot for it? No worries, though. Most of those pesky bubbles will eventually chill out on their own – resist the urge to pop ’em! If you absolutely have to, just make a teeny hole and gently push that sucker out with your finger. Just be sure not to give your vinyl any funky creases while you’re at it.
Who knew an image could be so flexible? A vector image lets you modify and play with its layers to your heart’s content!
Did you misplace a word on your decal? No worries, we’ve got you covered! It’s no biggie to replace a word or even just a part of a word. And the best part? It won’t cost you an arm and a leg!
All orders are processed in the order them come in. Once your order is in we will process it during business hours. Online orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
